Role Overview

The Office of the CEO is building a high-performing team to drive key strategic priorities across the organisation.

As a Special Projects Associate, you will support the CEO and Chief of Staff on high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will be responsible for diagnosing business challenges, developing structured solutions, and executing initiatives across different functions. This role offers exposure to strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostics on business, operational, and strategic challenges
  • Analyse root causes and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives to ensure effective outcomes
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and delivery
  • Leverage digital and AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and productivity
  • Support organisation-wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Candidates from other disciplines with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are welcome
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or similar environments
  • Experience managing complex and time-sensitive projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Basic financial and data analysis skills (e.g., interpreting financial statements)
  • Self-driven with strong ownership mindset
