Why Join the Strategic Marketing & Communications (SMC) Team
The SMC team is an award-winning group that has built a reputation for breaking boundaries in how a national non-profit communicates with the public. While our work has been recognized at multiple marketing awards—and through partnerships with production companies, broadcasters, and government agencies—what truly defines us isn't the accolades. It is the core conviction that kindness is too important to be communicated conventionally.
Joining the SMC team means you will:
• Work on a meaningful national mission: Few teams in Singapore are tasked with shaping how an entire society thinks and behaves toward one another. The work is genuinely consequential; your campaigns and communications will reach millions of Singaporeans and shape the everyday culture of the country.
• Operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and behavioural science: The SMC team grounds its campaigns in behavioural science research and creative craft, working dynamically across PR, advertising, partnerships, content, and on-ground activations.
• Be part of an award-winning team that pushes boundaries: We consistently produce work that breaks the mold of traditional non-profit communications - work that is celebrated by the industry and noticed by the public.
