Job Description

Company Description

The Singapore Kindness Movement is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting kindness and graciousness in Singapore. We work to inspire individuals and organisations to internalise and live out values that promote harmony, respect, and consideration in everyday life.

Role Description

In this role, your focus will be on taking strategy and turning it into reality on the ground. You will manage, execute, and track every moving piece of a major nationwide campaign from start to finish. If you love seeing projects through to the finish line and making an impact across Singapore, we'd love to have you on board.

This role is a 6-Month Contract / Internship (September 2026 – February 2027)

What You'll Be Doing

You will provide complete end-to-end execution support across the entire project lifecycle:

  • Project Execution & Coordination: Take ownership of campaign implementation, working closely with agencies, vendors, and partners to keep all deliverables on track.
  • Tracking & Monitoring: Track campaign milestones, schedules, and deliverables to ensure everything stays on schedule and runs smoothly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Post-Campaign Reporting: Gather survey data and performance metrics to compile final campaign evaluation reports and insights.
  • Assist with the Strategic Marketing & Communication team's program initiatives and campaigns
  • Populate research work when required – specifically support and populate research insights relating to the team's work area.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or recent graduate in a relevant field
  • Experience in project management, project coordination, communications, marketing or media
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in basic office software
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Why Join the Strategic Marketing & Communications (SMC) Team

The SMC team is an award-winning group that has built a reputation for breaking boundaries in how a national non-profit communicates with the public. While our work has been recognized at multiple marketing awards—and through partnerships with production companies, broadcasters, and government agencies—what truly defines us isn't the accolades. It is the core conviction that kindness is too important to be communicated conventionally.

Joining the SMC team means you will:

Work on a meaningful national mission: Few teams in Singapore are tasked with shaping how an entire society thinks and behaves toward one another. The work is genuinely consequential; your campaigns and communications will reach millions of Singaporeans and shape the everyday culture of the country.

Operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and behavioural science: The SMC team grounds its campaigns in behavioural science research and creative craft, working dynamically across PR, advertising, partnerships, content, and on-ground activations.

Be part of an award-winning team that pushes boundaries: We consistently produce work that breaks the mold of traditional non-profit communications - work that is celebrated by the industry and noticed by the public.
