Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair.
- Follow work instructions and procedures to carry out assigned tasks, which may include blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other manufacturing processes.
- Ensure product quality standards are met while maintaining equipment care, production targets, housekeeping, and schedules.
- Comply with all applicable Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- NTC, ITE certification, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Experience in thermal spray, coating, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Structured on-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts.
