Duties & Responsibilities
- To protect the interst of the Employer at all times and to maintain good interations and relations amongst the administrative and teaching staff of the school
- To ensure that the students are duly accorded their due attention apart from their education but also their welfare and well-being when attending school
- To foster good rapport with parents of the students so that the parents can understand and contribute to the progress of their child
- To ensure that the teaching staff is given opportunities to develop their teaching skills and knowledge to better serve the students whether by hands-on training or whatever
- To recruit, if need be, new teaching staff and/or to make adjustments to teaching schedules and know-hows
