Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain treatment rooms to ensure readiness for daily operations
- Review client consultation/waiver forms to assess suitability of treatments prior to each session
- Deliver high-quality body massage services in line with professional standards and certification guidelines
- Accompany clients to the relaxation area post-treatment, offering refreshments and assisting with future bookings where appropriate
- Recommend suitable treatments, products, and ongoing promotions to clients
- Maintain proper handling and usage of equipment and products to support cost efficiency
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization protocols in accordance with company standards
- Perform room turnover duties, including cleaning and replenishing supplies
- Address customer enquiries and feedback in a polite and professional manner
- Participate actively in training programs to continuously upgrade skills and service quality
Requirements
- Relevant certification in spa or body therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, NITEC, WSQ or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role
