Job Summary
As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver high-quality spa treatments and guest service aligned with hotel standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and responding promptly to guest needs.
As a Spa Therapist, we rely on you to:
- Deliver spa treatments professionally and efficiently to meet guest preferences and hotel standards
- Respond promptly and effectively to all guest requests during spa experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms throughout the day
- Learn and apply knowledge of spa packages, facilities, and equipment to enhance guest satisfaction
- Work independently to manage treatment schedules and guest interactions
We are looking for someone who:
- Have experience working in a spa environment
- Demonstrate passion for wellness and holistic health includes foot reflexology
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests
- Enjoy interacting with diverse guests and colleagues
- Hold valid certifications from CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, IFA, or equivalent qualification
