SPA THERAPIST

Job Summary

Perform massage therapy on a daily basis during shift work to provide quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage treatments daily according to client needs and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English or Chinese to ensure clear understanding and service quality
• Manage shift schedules and maintain punctuality to support smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the massage area to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Adapt massage techniques based on client feedback and preferences to enhance client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain the WSQ Massage Certificate
• Have at least 2 years of massage work experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous massage experience is preferred but not mandatory

Other Information

• Work schedule includes shift work with 4 to 5 days off per month
