Perform professional facial and body treatments while providing personalized skin analysis and product recommendations to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Perform facial and body treatments professionally within prescribed durations to meet customer needs
- Analyze customers skin conditions and recommend personalized treatments and suitable products
- Deliver personalized services that foster long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in clean, safe, and functional condition
- Communicate clearly and build positive rapport with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate or qualification in relevant beauty or skincare studies
- At least 4 years of related experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in daily work
Other Information
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Morning shift: 10:00am to 8:00pm
- Evening shift: 12:00pm to 10:00pm
