Job Description

. Perform professional facials and other beauty services for customers

. Create a safe space for your clients to disclose their face concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals

. Ensure each client receives an extraordinary treatment for their individual needs and goals.

. Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice

. Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modelling our innovative philosophy

. Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies

. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

. Willing to learn, truly passionate about skincare & beauty and making clients happy and beautiful inside and out, self-motivated and able to work in international, fast paced environment

. Must be highly professional and very detail oriented. The person(s) we are seeking must have an interest in the health and wellness field.

. Partial experience at beauty salon/spa with a proven track record of excellence in aesthetic.

. Build rapport with customers

. Provide customers with professional massage service.

. Follow up on customers after-experience

. Great communicating skills
