Job Summary
You will work closely with team members to prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and organized spa environment while delivering massage services that meet client needs and comply with all applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality
- Prepare spa and workstations by setting up equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facility throughout the shift to provide a safe environment
- Clean and replace linens between client sessions to uphold hygiene standards
- Sterilize equipment following health and safety protocols to prevent contamination
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms to ensure comfort and smooth transitions
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate massage services from the brochure
- Deliver massage services accurately according to the brochure to meet client expectations
- Maintain accurate records and file documentation to support operational and regulatory requirements
- Follow all applicable standards, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and safety
