SPA THERAPIST

Perform a variety of massage therapies, beauty treatments, and wellness services according to established protocols and guest preferences.

Maintain continuous communication with guests during treatments to adjust pressure, technique, and focus areas as required.

Address and resolve guest complaints professionally, reporting any incidents or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

Ensure strict hygiene standards by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room linens, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.

Explain massage procedures, treatment benefits, and wellness therapies clearly to guests, and provide suitable recommendations based on individual needs.

Monitor spa inventory levels within treatment rooms, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked and promptly reporting shortages to the supervisor.

Conduct thorough consultations with guests prior to services to inquire about medical conditions, allergies, and any specific contraindications.

Requirements:

Possession of a relevant Massage Certificate or Diploma is highly preferred.

Proven working experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.

Sound knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology).

Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective verbal communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (to cater to a diverse clientele).

Exceptional customer service orientation with a warm and professional demeanor.

A high degree of patience and respect for guest privacy and comfort.
