Spa Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Provide customers with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience

. Deliver a variety of spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services

. Able to work 5 to 6 days per week including no rest days on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays

. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times

. Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory

. Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations

. Good communication and customer service skills

. Assist in all reception duties as and when required

. Passionate and diligence at work

. Willing to learn even with no experience
