Job Description

Client Consultation & Treatment:Assess client needs and recommend appropriate spa services, such as massages, facials, body treatments, and waxing.
Service Delivery:Perform various spa treatments with expertise, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Hygiene & Safety:Maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens, strictly following health and safety regulations.
Client Records:Keep accurate and updated client files, documenting treatments, medical history, and preferences.
Product & Service Promotion:Advise clients on suitable products and additional services and participate in promoting spa offerings.
Environment Maintenance:Create and maintain a calm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Inventory Management:Monitor and maintain stock levels for spa supplies, products, and equipment.
Professional Development:Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through training and continuous learning.
