SPA THERAPIST

1. Service Provision: Perform various spa treatments, including massages, facial care, body wraps, scrubs, and other wellness services, in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer preferences.

2. Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, understand their needs and health conditions, provide professional advice on spa services, and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout the service process.

3. Facility Maintenance: Keep the treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Conduct regular inspections of spa facilities and report any maintenance issues promptly.

4. Product Management: Assist in managing spa retail products, including promoting products to clients, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring product quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the spa management and other team members (e.g., front desk staff, estheticians) to ensure the smooth operation of the spa, participate in team meetings and training sessions, and contribute to team goals.

6. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards of the spa and relevant regulatory authorities to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
