Job Summary

This role oversees the SPA and Fitness Centre operations and has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage, locker room areas and Fitness Centre. Position focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by delivering outstanding spa services and massages and also achieving the operating budget through product sales, upsell and wellness packages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate spa and fitness centre staff to ensure smooth daily operations across salon, skin care, massage, locker room, reception, and fitness areas
• Deliver outstanding guest service by monitoring and enhancing spa service quality and employee performance
• Manage program coordination and reservations to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
• Drive revenue growth by achieving operating budget targets through product sales, upselling, and wellness package promotions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within spa and fitness facilities
• Foster a positive work environment that supports employee satisfaction and professional development
• Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels for spa products and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to align spa and fitness services with overall hotel guest experience goals
