4. Administrative & Business Support
Assist in developing spa procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Support marketing, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive revenue.
Monitor KPIs, treatment performance, and staff productivity.
Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management.
5. Spa Maintenance & Upkeep
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and ambiance of all spa areas.
Coordinate repair and maintenance works when needed.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
