Minimum 5 years of management experience in Spa operations, with direct oversight in ME License and Case Trust
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in retail, inventory and pricing
Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (5 days work week from Monday to Sunday on rotating shift)
What you will be doing
Oversee daily spa operations, including financial reporting, staff commission tracking, procurement and inventory, retail management, and regulatory compliance
Lead and manage the Spa team overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and professional standards to foster a high-performance culture
Maximize spa revenue and profitability through strategic yield management and targeted marketing initiatives
Drive Member satisfaction by cultivating a culture of service excellence and ensuring effective resolution of escalated concerns
Analyze feedback, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to enhance services and programs, while identifying opportunities to maximize productivity and efficiency
