Job Description

Job Location: Singapore/Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Expansion Management

  1. Support Southeast Asia expansion strategy development, providing site selection and market planning recommendations based on headquarters direction and local market conditions.
  2. Assist markets in setting expansion targets and execution plans, driving progress management and resource alignment to ensure delivery of business goals.
  3. Establish and maintain a pipeline management mechanism for potential store locations across countries, supporting expansion planning and development pacing.
  4. Build a post-opening review mechanism to evaluate site selection effectiveness through operational data and continuously optimize expansion strategies and resource allocation.

Process & Methodology Development

  1. Develop and implement standardized site selection processes, evaluation criteria, and operating frameworks across Southeast Asian markets. Drive digitalized and dashboard-based management throughout the expansion workflow to enhance professionalism and systematic management.
  2. Conduct benchmark analysis and sales forecasting, providing localized recommendations based on different city and market characteristics.
  3. Drive the implementation and continuous optimization of location modeling, forecasting methodologies, and expansion tools across markets.
  4. Facilitate cross-country alignment, rollout, and training of key expansion strategies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above ; major is not limited.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in chain retail, coffee, or beverage industries, with experience in digitalized site selection or expansion business partnering. Candidates with Southeast Asia local market working or project experience are preferred.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to independently prepare and present bilingual materials.
  4. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with solid data analysis capabilities to support business decision-making.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams.
  6. Self-driven, results-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and committed to continuous learning and team development.
