Southeast Asia Regional Head – TikTok Ads
Location
Singapore / Indonesia / Malaysia / Thailand / Vietnam / China
(Flexible working arrangement with frequent regional travel)
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive Southeast Asia advertising business revenue and profitability (P&L ownership)
• Lead TikTok Ads client acquisition, commercialization, and long-term strategic partnerships across the region
• Build and manage cross-border teams across Southeast Asia and China
• Develop and scale high-performing regional sales and business development teams
• Lead Southeast Asia Go-to-Market strategies and regional market expansion initiatives
• Strengthen regional market presence and drive sustainable business growth
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital advertising, commercialization, business development, or related fields
• Proven track record in advertising sales, platform commercialization, or related commercial products
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English is required for regional business communication
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as the role will need to liaise closely with China headquarters and Mandarin-speaking business stakeholders across the region
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience from leading digital advertising platforms, media agencies, or internet companies
• Candidates with backgrounds from TikTok, Meta, Google, 4A agencies, or other major advertising ecosystems are highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian digital advertising markets
• Existing regional business network and industry relationships within the digital advertising ecosystem will be advantageous
