About the Role
The Southeast Asia Lead will be responsible for spearheading business development, driving sales, and expanding our market presence across Southeast Asia (SEA). You will focus on building robust local channels, establishing partnerships with E-commerce advertising clients, and onboarding major MCNs and creative agencies. This role requires managing standardized, template-based delivery systems and aligning localized pricing strategies to fit the competitive SEA landscape.
Responsibilities
- Establish, scale, and manage localized distribution channels and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia.
- Drive revenue growth by targeting and acquiring high-value E-commerce advertising accounts, MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), and advertising agencies.
- Oversee and promote a standardized, template-based product delivery model to ensure scalable client onboarding and high volume output.
- Formulate and adapt market-specific pricing models to ensure localized competitiveness and high conversion rates across varying regional economies.
- Lead cross-border commercial efforts, coordinating between international clients and internal product/technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of business development, sales, or channel management experience in Cloud Services, SaaS, E-commerce, or Digital Advertising targeting Southeast Asia.
- Deep commercial familiarity with key regional markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Multilingual capability: Fluency in at least two local Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) in addition to professional English or Mandarin for internal alignment.
Required Skills
- Regional Channel Management: Proven track record of building and managing distributor networks and local agency ecosystems in SEA.
- E-commerce & AdTech Acumen: Deep understanding of the SEA E-commerce advertising landscape, media buying, and MCN workflows.
- Pricing & Value Engineering: Ability to design, adapt, and negotiate regionalized pricing tiers aligned with local purchasing power.
- Standardized Solution Delivery: Experience deploying or selling structured, template-based or productized service models for high-efficiency adoption.
Preferred Skills
- An active, pre-existing network of local MCN leaders, top-tier E-commerce brands, or programmatic advertising partners in SEA.
- Experience selling generative AI tools, digital media software, or high-volume content production solutions.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Competitive base salary with an aggressive commission structure based on experience and sales qualifications.
