Client Development
- Strategize and define DRES clients journeys and development plan: 12-month client journeys follow-up with CD & BMs.
- Attend events and unveiling at Raffles to bond with clients & discover their needs.
- Identify risks and opportunities of each market through HJ data analytics and KPIs monitoring.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Client Development team to align strategies and achieve business objectives in SG, VN, MY.
- Challenging partnership and follow up on SNR to ensure the golden rules are respected and on-time invoicing.
Lead the development of HJ SA
- Collaborate with training and HJ marketing : roll out second year of Local HJ Board and Local HJ Board Gathering in FY27 based on the 2-year program shared in FY25.
- Follow up closely on the 12-month client journey with each Local HJ Board members through monthly one-to-one coaching.
- Animate one-to-one coaching sessions between International HJ Grands Vendeurs and Local Board members.
- Identify training & stock support needs to Sales Associates closed to becoming Regional or International HJ Board members.
- Prepare Regional and International HJ Board members prior to Board
- Prepare SA to events (full-day training collaboration with CD, training, Marketing)
Business Development
- Strategize clients selection to events based on objectives and expected ROI & liaise with BMs to maximize opportunities and RSVPs.
- Events preparation: Coordinate pre-event briefs, guide and challenge SAs in building client profiles, event and tray strategies, support SAs throughout events
- Support on site at event: liaise with runners, update tray strategies, showcase agility to negotiate and close deals.
- In boutique: ensure HJ creations are on display and team members are offering HJ dessert to clients.
- Identify HJ opportunities based on clients profiles. Work on Treasure list & wishlist with HJ marketing team.
- Support H.E strategy of local activations (heritage/stone week, timepiece, exhibition at LJS etc.)
