Job Description & Requirements
- Leads, plans and manage the working schedule of kitche staff
- Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff memebers, including, but not limited to baking, food preparation and decorating
- Overseas and organizes kitchen stock, ingredients and menu creation
- Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
- Hires and trains new kitchen employee to kictehn standards
- managed food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimises wates, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns
- Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and kitchen standards
- Taking charge of customer complaints, ordering ingredients and supplies
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
