  • Leads, plans and manage the working schedule of kitche staff
  • Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff memebers, including, but not limited to baking, food preparation and decorating
  • Overseas and organizes kitchen stock, ingredients and menu creation
  • Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
  • Hires and trains new kitchen employee to kictehn standards
  • managed food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimises wates, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns
  • Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and kitchen standards
  • Taking charge of customer complaints, ordering ingredients and supplies
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
