Key Responsibilities:

. Assist in marinating, seasoning, and prepping ingredients for our signature charcoal-grilled dishes.

. Learn to manage charcoal heat, cook food to perfection, and deliver smoky, flavorful meals.

. Help maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring top-notch food quality and safety.
