Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to join our Italian restaurant team. The role involves supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality and consistency, managing kitchen staff during service, and ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Italian cuisine
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Singaporean / PR preferred

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Minimum of 3 years working experience or proven related work experience.

2. Independent and efficient.
