Job Description

Carousel is the only restaurant in the Hall of Fame for AsiaOne People's Choice Awards a prestigious award conferred only after winning the Best Buffet Restaurant in Singapore title for 7 consecutive years.

We invite you to be part of the award winning F&B team as you take on the following responsibilities:

  • To supervise and participate in the preparation of Garde manger Cuisine for buffet/ banquet/ room service ensuring freshness, quality and consistency in all food production
  • Ensure that the Garde manger Cuisine Counter in the buffet line is promptly replenished and has a marketable image at all times
  • Implement and develop new menu items for the Garde manger kitchen
  • Responsible in controlling and monitoring of food product purchases according to the allocated sum with minimum food wastages.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment and operating equipment.
  • Supervise and manage the section's learning and development which includes rostering, performance review and training needs.
