What you'll be doing
. Support and supervise the kitchen team for smooth daily operations
. Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and portioning
. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
. Train and guide junior chefs to improve skills and efficiency
. Address and resolve kitchen disputes, escalating to management when necessary
. Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safetyregulations and licensing conditions
. Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen
. Stepin to oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence
. Carryout any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
