Marymount Bakehouse is a small, independent sourdough bakery and caf. We operate with a focused menu, tight team, and high standards. We're looking for an experienced Commis Chef who's ready to assist the chef-owner to manage both our sourdough production and hot kitchen caf service with the help of our Part Timers. IDEALLY, we see this as a progression path to Chef de Partie.
This is a full-time, hands-on role with structured training in our sourdough program - ideal for someone serious about improving their skills and growing with us.
Responsibilities:
