- Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strong supplier performance.
- Cost Management: Lead and deliver cost-improvement initiatives while maintaining a healthy cost-optimization pipeline.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive terms, pricing, and agreements. Effectively manage contracts to mitigate risks and ensure full compliance.
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with sourcing and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba) and the MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills).
