Sourcing & Merchandising Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and creative Sourcing & Merchandising Assistant to support our product sourcing, merchandising, and content production activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with products, coordinating with suppliers, and being involved in both behind-the-scenes operations and creative marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing product information, catalogues, and marketing materials for sales and promotional purposes.

• Support product video shoots, including filming preparation, prop sourcing, setup coordination, and script review.

• Work closely with the merchandising and sourcing team on TV Shopping and retail projects - from market research and product development to supplier coordination, launch execution, and after-sales support.

• Generate creative product demonstration ideas and assist in executing engaging product presentations.

• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for product listings and product-related coordination.

• Attend product filming sessions and coordinate with the production team for both short-form and long-form video content.

• Assist in training and educating sales teams on product features and selling points.

• Coordinate with designers on retail packaging, instruction manuals, and marketing artwork when required.

• Support ad-hoc projects and operational duties assigned by management.
