We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Engineer to support our growing operations. This role focuses on supplier development, cost optimisation, and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure a stable and competitive supply chain. It is wellsuited for someone who is detailoriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and qualify suppliers to build and improve the supplier base.
- Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
- Conduct cost analysis, support global sourcing activities, and drive continuous cost optimisation.
- Prepare, execute, and update contractual documents.
- Coordinate and resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, and capacity to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Majors in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or Project Management are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
- Experience in electrical or electronic materials procurement is preferred.
- Familiarity with production processes, technical requirements, and quality standards is an advantage.

Languages
- Fluent in English.
- Chinese language skills are needed for communication with HQ stakeholders (language requirement is solely for internal communication purposes).
