Job Summary
You will source, develop, and qualify suppliers to enhance the supplier base. Lead sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance for projects.
Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and qualify suppliers to expand and improve the supplier base
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships to maintain performance and compliance
- Conduct cost analysis to support global sourcing activities and drive cost optimization
- Prepare, execute, and update contractual documents accurately and timely
- Coordinate and resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, and capacity to meet project timelines
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including HQ, using English and Chinese as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to document and report sourcing activities
- Demonstrate integrity, proactivity, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with production processes and quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Majors in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or Project Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or sourcing experience
- Experience in electrical or electronic materials procurement preferred
- Familiarity with production processes, technical requirements, and quality standards advantageous
- Strong negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Customer-focused mindset and strong teamwork spirit
