Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management: Develops and implements sourcing strategies to meet company objectives, identifies potential suppliers, evaluates their capabilities, and manages the supplier lifecycle, including performance monitoring and relationship management.
Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to anticipate changes in supplier availability, pricing, and negotiating power.
Contract Negotiation and Cost Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to secure favorable terms while controlling procurement costs and mitigating supply chain risks.
Assist sales team to advise quotation: Process quote from ONNET/OFFNET cost for sales. Manage pricing components, such as margin, discount, taxes per quote basis.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Studies / Finance / Maths/ Telecommunications/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
5-10 years in Telco/IT/Data Center industries
Experience in customer quotation, billing, finance, or data analysis.
Solid understanding of margin analysis and the key components of product costing.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other daily administrative tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and telecom operators across different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Be effectively bilingual because the candidate needs to communicate with both English and Chinese speaking stakeholders
