Job Description

About Our Client

Our client is a hospitality-led healthcare business founded by a team of experienced doctors who were frustrated with the current state of men's health: often rushed, impersonal and lacking depth. The clinic was built to redefine what care should look like: personalised, discreet, and truly holistic, combining premium medical care and modern technology with a patient-first philosophy.

The Role

As a Sonographer, you perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations that support the doctors in delivering accurate, personalised care. You work closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors and clinic staff, ensuring every scan is conducted to a premium standard of accuracy, comfort and discretion, in line with the clinic's quality-over-volume philosophy. You report to the Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across relevant specialties, including abdominal, vascular, and other imaging required to support patient care plans.
  • Ensure image quality and diagnostic accuracy sufficient for physician review.
  • Prepare and position patients for scans, explaining procedures clearly and putting patients at ease throughout.
  • Maintain accurate and timely scan records and imaging reports, working closely with doctors to correlate imaging findings with clinical presentation.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration and infection control of ultrasound equipment, with full compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations and clinical imaging standards.
  • Support front-of-house and customer service tasks during quieter periods between scans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical sonography experience, ideally including time in a private clinic or outpatient setting.
  • Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography, Medical Ultrasound, or a related field.
  • Registration with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) as a Diagnostic Radiographer with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patient-first, discreet, detail-oriented, and calm and reassuring with patients who may be anxious about a scan.

Working Hours & Eligibility

  • 45-hour work week on a rotating clinic roster, 5-day work week covering weekends and public holidays in line with clinic operating hours, with a replacement day off in lieu for public holidays worked.
