Job Description - Solutions & Services Sales Executive (SSE), Singapore
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Solutions & Services Sales Executive (SSE) to accelerate Lenovo's Services & Solutions Group (SSG) growth. This strategic role focuses on expanding Lenovo's presence across Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Digital Workplace Solutions, Managed Services, Software & Cybersecurity Services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase SSG penetration in Singapore key accounts.
- Identify customer needs and position tailored solutions across Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure-as-a-Service/Truscale and Managed Services.
- Build and maintain detailed account plans to strengthen customer relationships and deliver revenue growth.
- Lead land‑and‑expand growth discussions to broaden services within existing customers and acquire new logos
- Drive new funnel creation, monitor win rates, and achieve quarterly quota for services and solutions.
Solution Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with hardware sales teams, solution consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, pursuit management, contracting, and closure.
- Conduct enablement sessions to equip sales teams with updated knowledge of Lenovo's service portfolio.
- Present structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates to leadership.
Market Insights & Competitive Strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis and share insights to refine go‑to‑market strategies.
- Monitor trends across Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure-as-a-Service/Truscale and Managed Services service models.
Skills & Experience
Must‑Have
- 12+ years of experience in IT, Services, or solutions sales with proven success in selling Infrastructure Services.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, communication, and executive‑level presentation capabilities
- Strong network with C‑level executives and proven experience leading complex solution sales.
- Deep understanding of Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure-as-a-Service/Truscale, Managed Services, and vertical solutions.
- Experience with as-a-Service, managed services, cloud transformation and cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong cross‑functional influence within a matrix organization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
