Job Description:

The Assistant Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across DSSC, driving project execution, product development, and GTM strategies in robotics, AI/software solutions, and digital transformation. This role is pivotal in aligning technical innovation with business outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Project & Development Management

• Led end-to-end R&D and deployment projects
• Managed project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinated with internal teams and external vendors on technical and delivery milestones

Product Go-To-Market (GTM)

• Developed and executed GTM strategies for DSSC products
• Supported capability demonstrations (e.g., IMDEX, Singapore Airshow)
• Collaborated with sales and marketing for product adoption and market feedback

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Led cross-functional teams of engineers and AI/robotics developers
• Facilitated collaboration across software, automation, and data analytics functions

Process & Quality Assurance

• Implemented and monitored SOPs, configuration/change control, and release management
• Ensured compliance with internal standards and cybersecurity policies

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in robotics, AI, or software development
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of software integration, AI/ML workflows, and automation systems
• Proven ability in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects
