We are undergoing a massive strategic pivot toward mobile ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and agentic AI integration. We are looking for a driven, tech-forward Solutions Engineer to join our Singapore headquarters and be a foundational part of this new era.

The Role

This is not a traditional, outdated sales role. We have transitioned away from standard SEO/SEM pipeline generation. Instead, you will leverage our newly integrated AI-driven smart tools to intelligently hunt for opportunities. This role is highly technical and deeply strategic you will balance hunting for new B2Bprojects with farming our established network of System Integrators and distributors.

Your day-to-day will heavily feature technical system design, crafting precise tender specifications, and conducting high-level site walks. You will be directly responsible for positioning our latest hardware innovations, such as the C400 FLEX, and discussing enterprise-level software architecture, including Microsoft EntraID authentication, with key decision-makers. You will play a crucial role in driving our Singapore team toward an aggressive sales target.

What You Will Do

  • Drive complex B2B sales cycles from initial technical discovery to final system design and closing.
  • Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to intelligently hunt for new business and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Act as the technical authority for clients, drafting detailed tender specifications and conducting comprehensive site walks.
  • Nurture and grow relationships with existing distributors and partners, ensuring they are fully supported technically and commercially.
  • Collaborate with our software and hardware engineering teams to continuously align client feedback with our cloud and AI development roadmap.
