We are looking for a Solution Engineer Intern to support the design and delivery of digital banking solutions. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to understand requirements, support solution design, coordinate project activities, and assist in documentation across payment and AI related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of digital banking solutions across multiple banking domains.
- Assist in gathering, clarifying, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Help prepare solution documentation, process flows, user journeys, integration requirements, and presentation materials.
- Support AI related initiatives such as automation or internal productivity enhancements by helping define business needs and solution approaches.
- Work with cross functional teams including product, engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in project coordination, implementation planning, meeting discussions, follow up actions and UAT.
- Support user acceptance testing, issue investigation, and documentation updates during project rollout.

Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related subject.
- Good foundation in computer science fundamentals.
- Knowledge of product development or software development is a plus
- Experience with AI tools and agentic workflow platform is a plus
- A curious and proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and explore emerging technologies.
- Good analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear solution requirements and documentation.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
