Job Summary
Lead ICT solutions development, client engagement, and regional business growth as Solutions Director, driving digital transformation and enterprise IT projects for clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of tailored ICT and digital solutions to meet enterprise client needs
- Engage clients to gather detailed business requirements and propose effective technology solutions
- Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities in Singapore and regional markets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ICT consulting and solutions services to expand market presence
- Oversee implementation of IT systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Manage client relationships to maintain satisfaction and ensure project success
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop scalable, customized ICT solutions
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in digital transformation and enterprise IT
- Support and maintain partnerships with technology providers and industry stakeholders to enhance service offerings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of experience in ICT solutions, technology consulting, or enterprise IT services
- Experience managing teams of more than 10 people
- Proven track record in solution design, project delivery, and client engagement
- Demonstrated success in business development or managing key enterprise accounts
- Experience working on regional or cross-border projects, preferably with over 5 years in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT infrastructure, or enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Fortune 500 companies
