Solution Marketing

  • Plan and execute B2B digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid media) to generate and qualify leads.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and thought-leadership assets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance against agreed KPIs (e.g., ROI, CPL, lead quality) and provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Partner with technical stakeholders to translate capabilities into clear, customer-focused messaging and value propositions.

Business Development

  • Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to increase visibility and build pipeline.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients and strategic partners to support business growth.
  • Qualify and progress leads sourced from digital campaigns and events, ensuring timely follow-up and effective funnel management.
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client engagements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to convert qualified opportunities into delivered projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, business development, or a comparable commercial role.
  • Working knowledge of industrial digital solutions (e.g., AI, automation, cybersecurity, digital platforms).
  • Prior exposure to industrial, engineering, or technology sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to engage clients effectively through both digital channels and in-person interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
  • Strong interest in industrial technologies, with the ability to rapidly develop functional knowledge of technical concepts
  • Ability to work cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Technical) to align messaging and progress opportunities.
