CLIENT SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team and support customers and partners throughout the Asia Pacific and Japan region. This role will take ownership of customer success after the saleleading deployments of next-generation data infrastructure and ensuring a seamless transition from initial onboarding to production-ready environments.

This position is both technically demanding and highly customer-facing. You'll provide architectural guidance, oversee deployment activities, build automation workflows, and ensure the reliability and scalability of platforms designed for AI, ML, and research-heavy workloads.

  • Lead the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customers are successfully deployed and fully operational
  • Serve as the technical project owner, overseeing planning, timelines, risks, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Convert ambiguous or incomplete requirements into clear implementation plans, including architecture designs and documentation
  • Create automation frameworks and custom tooling using open-source technologies
  • Partner with engineering, product, support, and customer teams to resolve integration or infrastructure issues
  • Define, test, and refine deployment methodologies to enhance system performance and consistency
  • Work extensively in Linux-based HPC and AI environments, ensuring uptime and optimal tuning
  • Provide deep technical expertise throughout onboarding and post-deployment activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills with enterprise customers
  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical skills, and disciplined documentation habits
  • Experience with enterprise IT operations and performance-critical systems
  • Hands-on with automation/configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Salt, Jenkins, etc.) and scripting (Python, Bash, Perl)
  • Familiarity with Git/version control workflows
  • Knowledge of high-speed networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand, 100Gbps+)
  • Linux systems expertise, including performance tuning and integration
  • Exposure to parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS/Spectrum Scale, DDN) and software-defined storage
  • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and deploying/supporting AI, ML, or HPC clusters
  • Background in Linux system administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Confidence in customer-facing technical discussions and ability to provide knowledge transfer
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Candidates must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents due to government security clearance requirements
