The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading Technology Multinational Corporation to look for a Solutions Architect – Digital Marketing & AdTech, who will act as a technical consultant and trusted advisor to leading advertisers. The role focuses on translating business objectives into technical solutions, supporting digital advertising implementations, troubleshooting Application Programming Interface (API) integrations, and working closely with sales and clients across APAC region.
- The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in digital marketing, software systems, APIs, and client-facing technical consulting, with the opportunity to work on large-scale advertising technology solutions and integrations.

Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Partner Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with software systems, including querying, SQL scripting, and API development.
- Strong experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stacks.
- Strong technical background in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of advertising technology, digital marketing, or marketing technology.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying large-scale partner integration projects.
- Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing, including Brand and Direct Response advertising.
- Technical understanding of advertising products, including Ads and Pages API and Identity Platform.
- Experience working with API documentation, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs.
- Experience with Swagger and Postman.
- Experience with Conversions API and Signals-related solutions.
- Previous experience working with major digital advertising platforms.
- Meta ads experience highly preferred.
Job Description
- Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on advertising and marketing technology solutions for leading companies.
- Guide clients through technical implementation requirements, product capabilities, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand client business goals, identify opportunities, and develop suitable technical solutions.
- Support Signals-related initiatives, including client onboarding and implementation of Conversions API.
- Lead planned client activations, including implementation, testing, and go-live activities.
- Investigate and resolve Level 1 (L1) technical issues arising from client activations and day-to-day operations.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive resolution.
- Apply knowledge of products, technologies, business requirements, and industry trends to develop solutions at scale.
- Identify relevant stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document project updates, technical findings, solutions, and key insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations and influence decision-making with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the team and provide technical consultation on domain-level projects.
