Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect to support the design, review, and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions. Working closely with senior architects, project teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors, you will translate business requirements into technical architectures, ensure solution quality, and support successful project delivery across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions and create architecture diagrams.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility, scalability, stability, and automation of proposed solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and integration plans.
• Identify impacted systems and recommend appropriate architectural solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
• Prepare architecture documentation and support architecture review and approval processes.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and vendors during implementation.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure solutions are delivered according to design.
• Identify technical risks, assess potential impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve architectural issues and communicate technical dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide project updates, technical reports, and documentation.
• Document architecture decisions, implementation outcomes, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions using Microservices, SOA, Serverless, and Cloud/Hybrid Cloud architectures.
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and enterprise application design.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Cloud development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services; AWS Solution Architect certification is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Angular, React, or Node.js is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices using tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise applications in both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
