This is a newly created role and you will report to the VP of Sales.

Role Overview

They are seeking a Solution Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer to establish and lead the regional solutions function. This is a high-impact, builder role for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a dynamic environment - someone who can bridge technology and business, drive solution adoption and shape the go-to-market strategy across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical lead in enterprise opportunities.
• Partner with regional distributors, system integrators and channel partners to ensure successful technical delivery and integration.
• Develop and deliver technical assets such as demos, architectures and reference designs tailored for regional customers.
• Support customers and partners through evaluation, configuration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to feedback market insights and define future product enhancements.
• Contribute to sales strategy formulation and own all technical aspects of key accounts.
• Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise storage, distributed architectures, and emerging data technologies.
• Create repeatable architecture blueprints and best-practice frameworks for the wider sales organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage or high-performance computing pre-sales.
• Deep understanding of unstructured data applications, AI/analytics frameworks and enterprise data infrastructure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage technical and C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to operate in an unstructured, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of networking, system security and distributed computing.
• Experience with leading data-infrastructure vendors is a strong plus.
