RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and integrate security and network system architecture based on project requirements.
• Assess existing system architectures and collaborate with technical teams to recommend improvements
• Resolve technical issues and ensure architectural consistency across all systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Liaise with various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Analyze enterprise-wide systems to ensure alignment with technical standards.
• Develop, document, and enhance architecture design standards, processes, and procedures.
• Ensuring that the application architecture team can deliver system solutions for new DR computer architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any IT equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems and network development with at least 1 year in a solution or technical architect role.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing critical IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and architecture design.
• Proficiency with various operating systems and system-level components.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, risk mitigation, and privacy, especially within government or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
• Ability to assess and manage technical risks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
