Solutions Architect (AI)

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical pre-sales advisor supporting sales teams in pitching AI, ML, and analytics solutions.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and solution roadmaps.
• Deliver demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution workshops.
• Collaborate with product teams to align customer feedback with solution enhancements.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and solution design documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting for analytics, AI, or data platforms.
• Hands-on understanding of data visualization, ETL, cloud data platforms, or ML tools.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
