Solution / System Architect with experience in CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) or CRM
Must have experience within Banking portfolio
Experience: 10+ Years
CRM/CLM:
Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their integration into enterprise ecosystems.
Working knowledge of Client & Partner Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Automation, Account Opening, Periodic Reviews, and KYC processes.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise systems, in the banking domain, with a focus on private banking/wealth management.
- Domain knowledge in Financial / Capital Markets is essential.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and enterprise platforms such as Java EE, Spring Boot, and databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with integration patterns & technologies like API g/w, File Transfer, IBM MQ, Kafka etc.
- Well versed with Architecture principles, standard, patterns etc.
- Experience in architecting or designing cloud-native application (architecture) and DevOps principles.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements from MAS (Singapore) and HKMA (Hong Kong).
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Understanding of data policies and standards to align with business and technology goals is a plus.
- Exposure to Machine Learning-based solutions is a plus.
