Nuway CFR a Global Executive Search firm is building the Sales and Leadership for their clients in ASIA. We are looking out for multiple Solution Sales roles to be based in Singapore for a System Integrator client of ours.
Role : Solution Sales
Experience with a SI (System Integrator) is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on assigned ministry.
- Identify high-value target accounts/agency and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Understand and effectively communicate our service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Security clearance to work on public sector projects.
- 7-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong industry knowledge in Singapore such as public sector, transport, healthcare, higher education with an established network of contacts.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and solution-based selling.
- A strategic thinker who can communicate a vision and align solutions across multiple business areas.
- Skilled in generating leads through various methods, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

- Experience in multi-tower deals (Cloud, Infra, Security, Apps).
- Strong networks in Public Sector, Transport, Healthcare, Higher Ed.
