We are a looking for a Solutions Sales Manager to make an impact!

What will you do

  • Owns, defines and develop strategy for targeted BMS & PMS direct channel solution selling for Schneider Electric Singapore.
  • Be responsible for the YOY growth of direct project channel
  • Clearly articulate the strength and value proposition of Schneider Electric; Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of project opportunities for business growth
  • Working with internal resources in engagement of other key stakeholders that influence the development of the account (e.g. Statutory board, consultant, Professional bodies)
  • Work closely with solution architect and tendering team for solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, as well as maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Establish and execute account business plans in line with company strategy.
  • Any special projects to be assigned

What qualifications will make you successful

  • 8 years of related sales experience especially solution selling and account Management
  • Experience in Building Management Systems and digital power solution.
  • Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles
  • Outstanding presentation skills required with a strong capability to articulate value proposition
  • Must have strong negotiation skills and be a self-starter, and a strong closer.
  • Must be able to drive for results with a strong will to compete and win and achieve in business environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a good team player
