Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on assigned ministry.
  • Identify high-value target accounts/agency and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Understand and effectively communicate our service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong industry knowledge in Singapore such as public sector, transport, healthcare, higher education with an established network of contacts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies and solution-based selling.
  • A strategic thinker who can communicate a vision and align solutions across multiple business areas.
  • Skilled in generating leads through various methods, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
