Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT architecture, strategic planning, and solution design. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving technological innovation. This role specifically focuses on creating enterprise-level solutions for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) customers, leveraging various technologies and solutions available in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with BFSI stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems and infrastructure tailored to BFSI needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the company's IT capabilities, with a focus on BFSI solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems.
- Conduct regular assessments of the IT landscape to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for enterprise architecture, including diagrams, models, and standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree ).
- Preferably 12-15 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect / Presales or in a similar role within an IT solutions company.
- knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Proficiency in designing and implementing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Experience in creating solutions for BFSI customers.
